Overnight Stay

Are you interested in having the photographer stay overnight to capture sunrise and sunset and nighttime views and ambience of your property for an additional $150 (we will use 1 bed & bath on main level, if staging is requested, our stager will also use a bed & bath)

If the property is not clean and ready for the photographer upon agreed arrival date and time, there will be a $75 rescheduling and administration fee charged. This fee also applies should the photographer need to return to the property to re-shoot due to management company or owner error of the property not being staged to owners specifications. This fee must be paid before a date to reschedule the shoot is confirmed.

By submitting this form, I agree that Christine Ramsey of Rich Blessings Photography / Smoky Mt. Real Estate Photos has permission to access my property as listed above for the purpose of taking photographs. I understand that if this form has not been submitted, my property as listed above will not be photographed on the date(s) indicated. By signing as well I acknowledge any photos released to me prior to payment in full is done at the photographers discretion but does not absolve me of my duty to pay for released photos. Any photos released to me must be paid in full within 15 days of the date photos were sent to me, the purchaser. If payment is not rendered within the allotted time, Christine has the right to pursue any action to obtain payment allowed by law.
