Why invest with us?
After you've invested so much of your time, energy and finances into creating the perfect getaway for not only your family, but your future guests, the MOST important investment you have is to make sure you are showing off your property with the best photos available to you. While videos, virtual tours, accurate text descriptions and other methods of displaying your property can be worthwhile, statistics show that it is the photographs that ultimately "sell" a property to potential renters and buyers. Several of the top rated property management companies as well as many private owners in the area put their trust in us for their photos, we hope that you will do the same.
Our process is simple! There is a 10 photo minimum / $200 deposit due at booking. Christine will take and polish as many photos as she feels is needed to accurately represent your property. If you have special requests, of course, they will be taken care of. Once you view your gallery, you simply choose your favorites! Whichever photos are chosen, over the 10 you have paid for with the deposit, you will pay for the balance of the remaining photos.
Each photo goes through Christine's own special "polishing" process which includes:
Each room and space is photographed with professional Sony, wide angle equipment and lighting, from the inside, out. Your guests, when applicable, will be able to get a true feel for each space by seeing the views through the windows. You will not find "washed out" windows in your photos.
Basic staging...if something is out of place, or pillows need fluffing, etc. Christine will make sure the room is photo ready, neat an tidy to showcase the most important aspects of each room.
Polishing: Each photo is polished.... what does that mean?
The true colors of the rooms will be accurately represented in each photo. No dark and muddy corners.
Unsightly cables and wires will be removed.
Unsightly stains on carpets or furniture that might detract from the room will be removed.
Televisions will be "on" featuring images of local area attractions and wildlife. If you have a preference, for black screens, please let us know.
Fireplaces will be "on" with realistic fire that accurately represents the style of fireplace in the room.
NEW CLIENTS in 2023: As a "THANK YOU" to our new clients for putting your trust in us for your photography needs, you will gain access and be able to choose 5 photos from our AREA ATTRACTIONS gallery, free of charge. These photos can be used to add more interest to your listings and can even be printed and framed as artwork in your property.
A $200 / 10 Photo minimum deposit is due at booking.

Aerial Photo: $50 (if requested, 1 must be purchased)
Golden Hour / Sunset Shoot $75 additional
Overnight Shoot (Includes Sunset, Night Shots, & Sunrise Views) - $150

Special Staging
Christine and her stager will use neutral throw blankets, pillows, trays, and other tastetful decorative items to make each space cozy and inviting. Indoor dining tables are set using your dishes. Towels will be placed by the hot tub and pool rooms. Outdoor areas including the chairs, tables and the grill will be staged as well.
1-2 Bedroom Property: $100
3-4 Bedroom Property $150
5-6 Bedroom Property: $200
7-8 Bedroom Property $250
larger properties will add an additional $50 for each additional 2 bedrooms.
